"Seymour's Theme (Part I)" and "Gombo's Funeral Dirge" were written and recorded by Sitting Ghost in early 2006 for a full-length album whose title and all other tracks have been mercifully purged from the historical record.
"High in the Underground" was written and recorded in San Diego in July 2006.
"Delial" was written and recorded in Los Angeles in 2007.
"How the Notes All Bend" was produced in Los Angeles in 2007 and samples Neutral Milk Hotel's "Goldaline."
"Sombrero Científico" was written and recorded in Los Angeles in December 2007 as part of a performance art project in collaboration with Elliott Kaplan and Aidan McDermott to help raise AIDS awareness.
"The River Runs" was recorded as a studio experiment in San Diego in January 2008. All instruments were performed by Sitting Ghost simultaneously in one improvised take.
"Audio Mustard Session" was recorded in Los Angeles by Danny Langa in April 2012. All instruments were performed by Sitting Ghost in a series of improvised single takes.
